Site Configuration

The solution provides the feature to setup the configurable attributes of the
solution using a site configuration section. This section allows the site
manager to manage the look and feel of the user site and various defaults that
can be used to customize the different tools available in the solution to fit
the needs of the organization.
Configure Countries & States

The Countries and States which need to be catered by the eCommerce site can be
configured in this solution. In the site configuration section there are flags
available to configure the default country. If a country has states configured
under them then a drop down control of state will be present to the customers.
If no states have been configured then a textbox will be available allowing the
customers to type in the name of the state where they reside.
Manage FAQs

The solution gives provision to manage the frequently asked questions that
appear on the eCommerce site. This management tool gives the provision to also
categorize the FAQs in different sections or groups.
Manage Meta Tags

In order for your site to rate higher on the search engines it is necessary to
have the correct meta tags used on the different pages of the web site. This
feature allows you to create and manage the title, description and keyword meta
tags that are commonly used by most search engines.
Manage Out of Stock Icons

When a product goes out of stock, most sites show an out of stock message. This
solution allows you to configure different out of stock icons for different
products depending on why and when they go out of stock.
Manage Tax Rules
Different products have different tax rules based on the source and destination
of a shipment. A sophisticated interface has been provided to configure the tax
rules of the source and destination country, state, city and/or zip for
different combinations of products sold by the site. These tax rules are
automatically applied to the order based on the source, destination and items
purchased on the order.
