Search Orders

Orders that have been received using this solution can be searched using
different criterion providing an efficient way to locate customer orders. Users
can view the invoice and order packet details of the orders. They can create a
new order for the same customer or duplicate the order. They can add/view/print
order notes and account notes for the order and customer respectively.
Authorized personnel can also issue credit or charge extra on the credit card
of the customer of the order. Last but not the least they can view the order
status display the dates on which the order was processed through its different
stages.
Summarize Orders

An entire summary of orders can be viewed using this section. The summary can
be processed using a date range or orders by month and/or year. The users also
have an option to filter the summary by the source warehouse or vendor.
Employee vs Online Orders

This section allows the user to view the order summary for a given period and
source taken online or by the different phone representatives of the
organization.
Order Tax Reports

Due to the tax rules configured in the system different orders can get taxed
differently. This section allows the user to retrieve a report showing the
different taxes that were applied to the orders for a given search criterion.
This result can also be exported to a CSV file.
Credit Card Reports

Based on the number of orders placed using different modes of payment, the
credit card report lists the amount charged on the different modes of payment
along with calculating the transaction fees/commissions to be paid to the
different payment agencies.
Summarize Products

In order to get a summary of the different products that have been purchased
from the different stores/categories for a given period of time on the entire
site or from the desired warehouse/vendor the user can use this section. It
gives them a tree view of the store/category/product sales and also allows them
to view/print a printer friendly version of this summary.
Search Shopping List Schedules

The schedule orders that have been configured by the customers of the
organization can be viewed using this section allowing the user to be familiar
with the upcoming orders. This section also allows an easy way to find and
change the schedule of a customer.
Archive Orders

This section provides a very sophisticated way of archiving orders. This
archiving of orders can be run in real time or can be schedule to run on a
particular day or on a recurring basis.
