Security
The users of the company are provided with a secure intranet login that uses 128-Bit encrypted SSL communication.

On authorization, the users are presented only with the features that they have been given the permissions to access by the administrators of the system.

Manage Groups
The administrators have the ability to create groups and then assign permission to different sections available in the solution to the groups. This section also allows them to grant or revoke the ability to modify products to the group and to assign permission to manage specific warehouses used by the company. Once the group privileges have been assigned, the administrators can add users to the group. The access privileges of the users are determined based on the groups to which the users belong.

Manage Users
The administrators have the ability to manage user information along with assigning some user specific permissions. Depending on the group participation of the users, the administrators can view a list of the features that the users would have access to, giving the administrators an easy way to confirm that a particular user would have the required permissions.
