Manage Email Content

There are different kinds of emails that are sent out by the system based on
different customer/user activity. The content and layout of these emails can be
customized using this section. Users of this section can choose to create
HTML-rich email content. There are also predefined variables that have been
designed for each kind of email allowing the user to create more personal
emails.
Manage Shopping List Schedules

The ability to schedule a one time or a recurring order is one of the powerful
features of this solution. Customers can have multiple shopping lists each
having a different schedule. These can be created and managed by the customers
on the eCommerce site and also by the customer representatives using this
section.
Search Customers

Ability to search customers using different criterion is provided by this
section. Once the desired customer is located, the user has the option to view
the customer details, create a new order or complete an existing order for the
customer and/or manage the shopping lists of the customer.
Manage Customer Accounts

This section allows the user to manage customer account. It allows them to view
the customer details, make the customer account inactive in case of a problem
with the account, view the items that are sitting in their active shopping
cart, view the order history, manage credits/debits on the customer account,
email password to the customer in case they forgot the password of their
account, manage the personal address book of the customer, add account notes on
their account and view the merge history in case two or more customer accounts
were merged into one.
New Customer Count

A count of all customers who have joined the community of e-shoppers for the
organization in a given period of time can be viewed using this section.
Delete Customers

Customer accounts that have no activity for a long duration due to duplication
of account or other factors can be removed using this section.
Merge Customer Accounts

Customers sometimes create multiple accounts by mistake or over time. This
section allows the user to merge all such accounts into one primary account by
pulling all the orders from the other accounts into the primary account.
Configure & Send Bulk Emails

A HTML-rich email can be configured using this section. This email can then be
configured to go to a selected group of customers based on their order history.
It can then be scheduled to be sent on a configurable date.
